Merging two SD cards

Hi folks!
Those days before I'm used two 64 GB Micro SD cards (fat 32, 32k cluster size) in my Atmosphere v1 CFW Switch.
But I have bought today one 512 GB SD card.
I have some questions:
Is there a method to merging the games from the two 64 GB card together, to the 256 GB card?
And the new 512 GB card need to be formatted to fat32, with 32k cluster size too?

Excluding reinstallation - no.

FAT32 is always recommended, though iirc you can use 64kB clusters with proper tools.

You can mirror one of the SD card 1:1 and the other card you probably have to reinstall the games that is already installed.
