Hacking Question quick

i have a quick question, i just upgrated my 64mb sd card to a 4gb sdhc card my wii reconizes the sd card but when i go to sd menu it says that it cannot be used. teh HBC reconizes it fine and i can launch .dol from there but all the Homebrew i try doesnt work. wiiflow doesnt reconize it. wad managaer doesnt reconize it. i also have a 8gb sdhc card but its for my camera and it works fine with wii. the 4gb card works in laptop fine. any ideas as to why this isnt working? thanks

1) Check to make sure that your card isn't locked.
2) Some brands just have poor compatibility. I got a 4gb of microcenter brand sdhc and it's not recognized by my wii either

i checked and its not locked. i formated it again still no luck. any thing else i can do? how come hbc reconizes it but the wii doesnt? how does that make sence?

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
