I bought a new old3ds and sold my old one and all I have is my nand image from my old one.
Is there any way to modify the nand image to work on my new old 3ds.

I also have a ticket dump so could I use the sdcard from my old 3ds and install the tickets on my new one and have all of my games/homebrew show up. Sorry I'am a total noob.

You'd be better off dumping your title keys with decrypt9 and loading it up as the keys source in freeshop on the target 3ds and just redownload your titles from nintendo's servers.

you can use JKSM to back up/restore your saves if you want to transfer those too.

No, SD card contents are encrypted uniquely per console

Prepping a NAND image for transfer and getting the files needed to allow your SD card to be read on another console are all things you need to do on the original console before getting rid of it since only that console has the keys to decrypt and make the changes needed unless you also dumped the XORpads for your NAND.

You could convert a nand to a ctrtransfer image + movable.sed and flash them to your new console...

...but you'd need individual partition dumps or xorpads or bootrom+otp+cid
