Save recovery

So I sold my old new Nintendo 3ds to GameStop while having the games I care about owned digitally. I do not have the old 3ds nor the serial number, however, I do still have the microsd card with the saves. Is there any way to recover the saves on a different Nintendo 3ds specifically Pokemon Omega ruby to transfer my Pokemon to switch before the 3ds shutdown.

did you have cfw and a essentials file on the card?
