Homebrew Question about Freeshop, RECOCHOKU, and niconico.

I'm thinking of downloading RECOCHOKU and niconico via Freeshop, but I think you have to go online to use both.

Would I get banned if I went online with the RECOCHOKU and niconico I obtained via Freeshop?

no the only way youd get banned is if you played online on games that weren't released yet like pokemon moon

I have downloaded niconico on my EUR n3ds, connected online with my NNID, and i'm not banned! XD
It seems it's safe to use.

Ive done quite a number of crazy things online and have only been banned for playing Pokemon Moon early. And even then, its fixable.

You wont get banned for it. However there is no point in using niconico because I had installed a cia with the latest update and such however, it didnt load videos at all. I believe it has to be a JP 3DS

I just played a few videos just now, no problem... strange.

Did you install your copy through Freeshop? That's how I did mine..
