Hacking Hardware Homebrew How to do PC-based CTRTransfer with just one 3DS?

For some context, I am replacing the motherboard for my 2DS by ordering just the motherboard online. I do not have a spare 3Ds to do the system transfer with. From what I am seeing with the steps to perform a PC-based CTRTransfer, such as the sources here and here, I will need to have both motherboards on at once to complete this process. Is there any way to circumvent this, or am I going to have to waste money on a spare 3DS to even think about doing a manual system transfer?

I'm trying to replace the motherboard. The charging port on my current 3DS doesn't work anymore. I would solder a new one on, but there's some factors preventing me from doing that.

I don't know how to solder, and I'm staying at a place where I'm not allowed to get my hands on soldering tools to work with. I would have to wait about 3-4 months before I can leave and find someone to do so.

I want to transfer everything from one motherboard to another one. Save data, tickets, Streetpast Miis, etc.

Im not smart but wouldn't that just be on the SD card?? And then some things are on the NAND.

I think so? I'm just going to wait until I leave the place I'm currently staying at to fix the charging port. I have enough power in my 2DS to back up any saves to Citra if I want to continue to play them.
