You seen, however, sky3ds official home page clearly clarify that sky3ds has no relation with QQ3DS , and mark it as even not a clone.

People can lie on the internet. Someone got a review QQ3DS and it was literally the exact same board, no difference at all. Sure it could be another company just taking boards and repackaging them, but I'm placing my bets on sky3DS just trying to milk more money before they go out.
