Im not banned yet.
My console is with boot9s and not with nndi . I play onine , just mario maker and mario kart . And only use the update when asks in the games.

I don't know as I've never been banned, It appears that people in this thread were banned before and used a seed someone posted online, then that particular seed got banned too, so I don't think it is a real banwave.

Weird, there's no reports of individual bans aside from Public LCFS bans, This is more like Public LCFS banwave.
I'm not banned yet, never got banned once in any of my units.

Vote private seed. That's either your own seed or someone's seed that's being distributed to certain people.

Still not banned on the N3DS. My O3DS did get banned from the public seed i obtained. Make sure to turn off your Spotpass everyone. Changing your Friend Notification Settings does not effect you.

I got my seed off of youtube from some video I assume its the seed everyone is talking about as I was greeted with a ban an hour or 2 ago but after searching google for about 30 minutes I found a different unbanned seed. I give Nintendo a B- for effort though took me a whole 30 minutes to get around that ban.

I used a seed I found on that chaos site during the first banwave. Not banned as of now. Can't link it though.

I used a public seed from other site, could be the same one from that chaos site. I have not used my 3ds for over a week and notice today that I was banned again. Meanwhile I will keep playing some gba roms on my psp.

I was using a Public LFCS_B and I'm not banned... However, I don't recall where I got mine. If I recall correctly, someone posted his seed (this seed) here on gbatemp and the post was deleted, but I still got his seed.

Yeah that's the seed I'm also using which has yet to be banned
