PSVita System Software Update V1.67 is out

PSVita's System Software has been updated to Version 1.67, there are no details or list of changes yet. Keep an eye on this thread for further updates.

Update: According to the Japanese PlayStation website, the update fixes a reported issue with the system's camera functionality when playing Dream Club Zero Portable.

Eh, it may have just been counting the updates afterwards with the block, I know there's been around 4 since then and each still worked.

Yes this is news. No It is not an important news. When I buy my vita I got the one update, then, I got that two updates at same day (April 4TH I think) then I got this one. I do not think it is over limits, but they must put something else more than "10 minutes option".
