PS1/2 PS2 Slim, How to mod?

I have a PS2 Slim Model SCPH-75002 and 3 8mb memory cards and I want to install FreeMCBoot but I don't have a copy of 007 agent under fire, but I do have a couple of other games that COULD maybe be patched, I have Need For Speed Underground 2, Ratchet Gladiator and Ratchet and Clank 3.
There is 2 (maybe) elf files on NFSU2, the Burnout 3 demo and the NTGUI.elf, but my disk is scratched.
Is there a network based way, like over LAN from my PC to my PS2?

You can use need for speed underground 2 I think.
