I recently got ahold of a freemcboot memory card, and am booting tempGBA on a slim PS2 (SCPH-70000) - TV is a US LG, and using composite cables

I initially had an issue where my flashdrive wasn't working properly, but I found one that does. Now I notice that the GBA games boot in grayscale (tried pokemon leaf green, advance wars and minish cap)

I'm not having this issue with ESR discs or the SNES emulator - and I was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue

changing the settings from ntsc to pal to 1080i in the tempGBA menu does nothing btw - and the emulator menu itself also is in grayscale

Much thanks

It does sound like PAL video on NTSC TV (same vice versa).
Maybe the setting has no effect and the thing has to be compiled accordingly.
I have found two versions (PAL, NTSC) containing both TempGBA.elf and ReGBA.elf -- but I'm afraid I can't link it here: The archives contain the GBA BIOS file.

That might be an issue. A proper component cable sometimes solves NTSC/PAL issues.
