Looks like there's going to be a new project zero game for wii!

Project zero 2: Wii edition.
For now only a Jap & Europe release is announced.

AKA: Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly

The first ( Mask of the Lunar eclipse ) is Still Japan only.
To be even more clear : the second release gets an official PAL release in June.
In case you didn't get it, THAT was the point I was trying to make.
A PAL RELEASE.

Yeap, it was confirmed on the previous nintendo direct. I even made a topic back in febraury.

Thanks NOE, July is a fine date.... it will give me plenty of time to finish The Last Story and Pandora's Tower before getting into this horror fest

Now that I think about it, Fatal Frame with the fan translation was hands-down one of the most enjoyable Wii games I've played and I don't think I'm alone in this opinion.

It played AND looked great considering the hardware, I found very little faults or reasons to complain and I was dumbstruck as to why it was not released world-wide when clearly it would be a blockbuster title.

people've reported that the game is really buggy, and maybe that was the reason why it didn't get localized (NOA/E and Tecmo are too lazy to fix things I guess)

I didnt encounter any bugs during gameplay... maybe the translation patch fixed those issues?
aside from random framerate drops... the game is perfectly playable
