Homebrew Project Zero 2 - uncensor (costumes) in usb loader GX?

So I remember being able to play this game with the original bikini outfits instead of luigi.

This is the patch (spanish website):

But the method needs a seperate launcher. I remember in the past working around this and using usb loader gx. No idea how anymore. Now that I think about it maybe it did use the seperate launcher... >_<

Anyway can anyone help with this?

Original instructions:

How to install?
Step 1 – Get loading method
Just for HBC: http://www.projectsa...os-censura.html (first image)

Step 2 – Get content files
Files Projects: http://www.projectsa...os-censura.html (second image)

Step 3 – Move content to SD card
- Extract the two ZIP files above.
- Move the Trajes folder, apps, riivolution and the patch folder to SD card root.
- Put the SD card on Wii.

Step 4 – Execute the launcher
- Go to HomeBrewChannel and select "Proyectos Bikini y Mayu" application.
- Insert Project Zero 2: Wii Edition disc.
- Enable the project you want.
- Launch the application.

EDIT: I think I can just edit the iso with the files. Problem is I can't find a Iso extractor that works on wii games...

Ok so I got it open. Sadly nothing looks like the file structure of the patch.

So I'm back to square one. Does anyone know how to apply this patch to a ripped iso I made from the game and apply the patch to it without using a seperate launcher.
