So I just started using NWFC this week. I got my router set up and I went online for the first time. On Monday I was able to get 3 Pokemon matches done with no problems. However, I tried to go on again yesterday and today and it won't let me see other people when I connect. I have no issues with connecting to the wifi and I can still do random matches, and I can get into the room and it's all fine (I use the middle person; not the Union room). But when I try to have a battle, I do exactly what I did on Monday and I never see my opponent drop down from the sky. I add them to my Pal Pad, go in and wait, log out and back on several times and nothing.
The router was reset and reconfigured on Tuesday, but I put the settings back to what they were. Again, no problems connecting to NWFC at all, only actually seeing my opponent and having battles (note that random wifi matches still work). I'm thinking maybe there is some kind of wifi firewall setting I'm not seeing? I have a D-Link DIR615, I use WEP with all of the recommended settings I found form support.nintendo.com, etc. It just won't let me battle =(
Edit: NEVERMIND! It turns out all that happened was my FC actually changed when I reconfigured my router -______-
