Issue connecting to Wi-Fi on DS Mode for 3DS.

So I just changed my Access Point to WEP just to try to connect to Wi-Fi on my DS and PSP and when I connect through my 3ds in DS Mode and modifying DS wifi, It works just fine and connects. Then when I open a game and test connection on Wi-Fi settings, it doesnt work with an error code of 51300. Am I missing something?
