Hacking Problem with Pokemon Omega Ruby header

I have a problem with the game. So I injected my own header (Kid Icarus) into the game, boot the game then get the save file is corrupted message. so i proceed to try to delete the save file by pressing Up+X+Y and the game goes into a black screen with "An error has occurred" message.

I tried using a different header like ocarina of time but it goes into the black screen An error has occurred.

Any ideas on how I can get this to work? Also I can't find the save file they talk about

Pretty sure it has to be a Card2 Header.
