Suggestion Preference option to enable shoutbox on every page.

So you don't have to load a new page or tab to chat in the shoutbox. But have it optional so is not forced.

It would mess up the structure of the thread pages.
Dual screen users probably have the shoutbox on a separate window anyway and having the shoutbox tab open is the easiest solution.

There's just no way one could properly space a thread around that. Dual-monitoring would be your best option for something like that.

Open a new browser window and arrange them however you want.
