Homebrew Powersaves edits with .cia games

I have a N3DS with ReiNand CFW installed. I am wondering if there is any way to add cheats to your gamesave on the cia installed games as you can using the actual game cartridges through powersaves 3DS. Some kind of work around or perhaps a homebrew equivalent of this?

Well... there are various ways to edit your savefiles.

1. You could just dump your savefile with a homebrew savemanager (svdt, the one by jk, ...)
   Then you have to edit your dumped savefile (hex editing or maybe someone already made a save editor)
   Inject your modified savefile right back with the savemanager
2. There are AR codes which can modify your RAM to cheat (, but you need an older browser to use them and they are old3DS only)
3. NTR CFW can edit your RAM as well (you need a cheat.plg for your game) for real time cheating
4. uhhhm every other way that allows you to dump, inject your save or edit your RAM
