i want a region free ds(not 3ds) game cart loader, because my friend cant launch his US mario kart ds on his EU n3ds

DS game are region free on 3DS, just not DSi-enhanced ones.

i read this earlier 2 DAY but why doesn't it show up in his homescreen(running 9.9E on n3ds), but it works fine on his ds lite

nah, it was bought from a retailer in usa when they were on a trip long ago, so i dont think so. never had any problems with multiplayer both via local and wifi. i'll check the next time i'm around

I am sorry if i am asking a stupid question , i've just had a N3dsXL fw 10.1.0-23K , you see K ? so it is a Korea fw , so what exploit could i do ? Anyone could teach me how ? I searched all post, but noone answered me , so sad . I am very appreciate that !

It would be really nice if it was possible to record video and audio via homebrew, so we wouldn't need to use capture cards. Don't know if it'd be possible with 3DS's capabilities, though.

It is possible to make an app to use the 3DS as a controller for the Wii U?
Kinda like that Smash4 app.
Also, what about a Sharp x68000 Emulator? Can EX86 be ported?

While I have made a request thread on this, I'll summarize it in the official thread here in case anyone's interested.

I think it would be neat if someone made a Port of Age of Empires I/II homebrew. To get by legal stuff, you'd just need to make the homebrew require a copy of the game to function that it can read a few select files like graphics and sounds. The homebrew would do the rest by customising the UI and controls.

I've been told this *could* be feasible, but would take some dedication to make. If anyone out there is a fan of the AoE franchise and also a 3DS homebrewer, try this one out in your spare time. (Heck, I'd donate to the cause if this was started.)

Probably a silly question, but any chance of backups ever being possible with the .3dsl format or whatever it is for later firmwares? I was a idiot and bought a physical copy of animal crossing when all I want to do is just boot it up and play it for the two mintues at a time

I can't get anything to build... probably because it's a school macbook and I don't have administrator access. If that's a problem at all, is there a place where I can get libctru/sf2dlib/whatever else I need precompiled?

You dont need administrator access, why dont you have administrator rights? Is that a laptop you hire? Or does it actually belong to you

- A port of Rockbox to 3DS. An ARM version already exists and I'm pretty sure it renders everything in software so it shouldn't be too hard to port.

- Some way to make the headphone output louder, I doubt this is possible in software but it's worth a try.

Also your emulator list is a bit dated, for starters we have a Playstation emulator now.
