Hardware Possible to transfer saves or back them up to a new 3ds?

Hey fellas I have a o3ds xl and I maybe selling my and getting a new one, I have a bunch of games installed with luma +a9lh but there are a few games saved data I would love to keep is there anyway to back them up or transfer them without needing both 3ds's?

Its for Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Red VC
