Hacking Possible to Install CFW to Patched 7.0.1 Switch?

Hello GBAtemp,
I'll try to give as many details about my system and situation as possible. I have a Switch with the serial number "XAW101042xxxxx" which is listed as "Possibly Patched" on the guide at "nh-server [dot] github [dot] io. It's currently running 7.0.1. Upon following the instructions and successfully booting into RCM with a Pin1 / Pin10 paperclip jig, I'm unable to inject hekate as I get the following message:

Uploading payload (mezzo size: 92, user size: 125719, total size: 191935, total padded size: 192512)...
Smashing the stack!
Smashed the stack with a 0x0000 byte SETUP request!
Payload successfully injected

At this point I figured that I had an iPatched Switch, but I'm not COMPLETELY certain. On one attempt I think I received a "0x0057 byte SETUP request"
So I guess my question is whether it is possible to install CFW to an iPatched Switch running 7.0.1. If it isn't, but will eventually be possible, please let me know, as I don't know how often the guides are updated. I'm not familiar with the Switch, but I have gone through the process of installing CFW to a 3DS before. Thanks.

Payload successfully injected

Any patched Switch above 4.1 is unable to use CFW. Maybe forever. Most say no time soon.

Edit: If you're having issues with hekate I'm actually not sure if it's patched or not.

Setup a quick sd card with atmosphere and push its payload see if it loads.

The future brings many possibilities. A new exploit could be revealed tomorrow, in a few days/weeks/months/years, or possible never. However, 7.0.1 on a ipatched Switch isn't hackable at the moment.
