Hey everyone,

I know that there are already lots of threads for this kind of issue, so sorry in advance if it feels a bit tiresome.

I have had a switch with atmosphere for years now and so far never really had any major issues with it.
Yesterday, I was stupid and distracted enough to update the switch firmware to 18.0 without updating atmosphere. The switch tried to reboot,
got stuck in a loop where atmosphere refused to work. I eventually turned it off and took out the sd card, but it seems that might have been too late.
Now, the SD card was corrupted / my pc couldn't read it - so I just formatted the whole thing and did a fresh atmosphere + hekate setup.

When inserting the new SD in my switch and sending hekate (latest version) as a payload via tegrarcmgui - as I have done 100s of times before - the screen of my switch remained black.
This has now happened for various cables, usb ports and payloads. tegrarcmgui recognizes that the switch is in rcm mode, it successfully sends the payload as well. Here is a tegra log as an example:

RCM Device detected
Invoking TegraRcmSmash.exe with args : "[...]\Downloads\hekate_ctcaer_6.1.1_Nyx_1.6.1\hekate_ctcaer_6.1.1.bin"

Smashing the stack!
Smashed the stack with a 0x7000 byte SETUP request!
Payload successfully injected

I have since then recharged the switch, waited a bit, turned it off and on again, tried to tweak the heakte .ini file, all to no results.
The switch itself is an old, unpatched one and the whole jig-trick also worked for me so far.

Any ideas and help would be absolutely greta as I am slowly running out of ideas - thank you! :)

sorry to get back on this but im having a similar problem but tegrarcmgui recognizes and sees the switch and everything starts loading the payloads but after waiting more than 3 seconds just says not responding on the top right.

let me mention that although my cfw worked yesterday night (when i first started this process) i woke up today to hopefully add games cuz i was so tired from runnig into issues yesterday and now the switch wont even boot
