Wow, what's with the negativity towards R4?

Most people are sick and tired of all the R4 users posting 574 threads asking for a fix (for whatever game) when there won't be one for a while since the original R4 team died so long ago. The R4 doesn't get any updates and has to rely on second-hand ones, if they even come at all. Generally the response to "Does this work on an R4?" is "Get a card that doesn't suck", because that's a much more concrete solution than waiting around and hoping.

And while one person may wait, there's 30 others posting threads asking for a fix.

DealExtreme has Acekard2i's for about 12 USD free ship. Takes about 2-3 weeks to receive though.

Well, you could get the game for almost the same amont of money (not the cheap flashcarts), and you'll never have freezes or blackscreens, again! Don't dear to come with replies like "BUT THEN NINTENDO WINS!" cuz I don't care anymore since it's only a week before I can get my copy of Soul Silver.. ;DD

There wouldn't be a problem if people would just release a damned patch, instead of making people rely on firmware. It's thanks to this kind of bullshit that R4 people are stuck now.

I'm not gonna spend 40 euros for a new Flashcard, just to play one game.

Is there search system messed up or something ? WHen I search for it, nothing at all will ever come up.

They had some kind of DMCA issue with the big N. Go to the forums on DealExtreme, then click video games. From their you'll find a sticky titled "Link to buy Nintendo Ds/DsL/DsI flashcard! [Small picture] [50 cards!] [NEW march 2010 card!]". All of them should be listed.

First of all, people are providing you with a free service. You paid for you flashcard and you get a bunch of free games. You should be thanking them, not complaining to them.

Second of all, why don't you buy a new flashcard? It seems like you're way too impatient to wait to play the game. It sounds like a good idea.

Third, if you're really so impatient, quit cheating Nintendo out of money and buy the game.

I assume Cyclos and Acekard will also have support for the future games also, and R4 is phasing out.
Also since it's apparently so easy to make a patch why don't you ?
It's Nintendo that's making it so hard, not the hackers, and Nintendo have good reason to make it hard.

You just can't stand the fact that the R4 is outdated, which means that a newer, beter flashcart would fix that.

40 Euros? Isn't that like 60 bucks? I can find an Acekard 2i for like $25 at a reputable reseller and have it arrive within a few days, or find it on Dealextreme for cheaper and get it in maybe 2 weeks.

Around $54

In my curency it's £36, I know I can buy one for under £20 and with quick delivery and it's also much cheaper than the game...
