3DS Ticket issue - Nothing Shown on Home Screen.

Helloo! I am a new member, but I do tend to use these forums quite frequently. I found that all previous users that have reported a similar issue at least had some titles appear on their home screen. For me however, I have nothing aside from system applications. I looked at getting faketik running, but i have no homebrew launcher app on the homescreen, and i can't install stuff because universal updater also ceases to appear. I then looked at the titles in godmode9's title manager, and most tickets (but not all) are shown as legit. Now, i think it could be an issue with the ticket.db file, but i don't know how to fix that. i was thinking maybe using the inject ticket.db or title.db script from the gm9megascript, but i don't want to cause potential harm to my tickets again.

the issue actually arose about a year or two ago when i was installing CTGP-7 updates, it said the update was finished. i decided to boot the game but an error popped up, and i rebooted the system. when i did, i realised nothing was showing up on the home screen. i then ignored the issue for ages until today.

if anyone knows of a solution, PLEASE help me! i just want my old incineroar back..

You can use Rosalina to change the hb launcher to whatever app is currently running. I'd recommend opening Download Play, entering the Rosalina menu, then setting that as the hb menu title. i did this, and then used faketik, but my games still aren't there...

ok i decided to do smth else.. i am backing up all of my save files using checkpoint which i am launching through hb launcher as the download play app, and now checkpoint is loading all of my games and stuff so hopefully i can just export the save files and bring them to a newly formatted sd with the games reinstalled!
