Not really. They seem to be amusing little "bumper" announcements you'll hear at the beginning of some of the test stages. They do seem to 'explain' where these outside test chambers are coming from, but not to the extent that I would refer to them as "spoilers".

Gah! I love Cave Johnson. Best part of the game and it makes me so happy that there is more dialogue!
