Shame to hear that the framerate indeeds drops in 3D battles, I was hoping since the overworld was already 2D only, they'd at least get the battles right.
Looks like Game Freak needs a crash course in software optimalization XD

thats ok, i talked to a person in electronics in my wal mart today, and they said come in at the 12th and see if its even in. which means wal mart might not even get a copy, and if thats the case i will feel ripped off.

Back when NSMB2 came out, I had to get my copy at about 4 PM from Walmart, they didn't have it in the morning.
I don't trust Walmart much.

Will people in Europe be able to download this game from the E-Shop at 12 AM? Or do Nintendo go with 1 timezone for the entire world like 12 AM EST or something? Meaning in Europe you wouldn't get it at 12 AM but hours later.

Yes, Europe will be getting this at 12 AM. I bought Mario & Luigi at 00:00 CEST.

There's framerate issues in 3D battles. It slows down a lot.

3D battles as in 3D enabled 3D? Or 3D as in 3D rendered battles because the Pokemon are actual 3D? =P

The start of the game surprised me pleasantly. In terms of graphics.
I am hard to impress.

When I hear pokemon, i think of pixelated graphics lol. But I like it so far.
