Try to download Soul Silver from another source and make sure you loaded the .sav file.

Did you talk to the man inside the Cerulean bike shop?

Can you link the rom you downloaded cause I downloaded from about three different sources and still doesnt work.

Tested here and you are right. I'll fix! For now just use some program like Pokesav to give you a bike!

The game works like you already finished Johto's story but there's somethings to do there like catching rare Pokémon and using the EV training road!

Find out what extension of save file your emulator uses and do the conversion of silverblue.sav to that!

The sav for DraStric is .DSV that what im playing on here only just started playing this and love it thank for this hack

Make sure you're using the latest version, because I just beat him and he has Lv14-19 pokemons.

ON: Found a sort of bug, if you lose against this trainer, it counts as if you won, when it should let you repeat the battle until you actually win.

Also, does anyone have the Action Replay to avoid the 20-30 minutes freezing in NO$GBA?
I don't have any trouble with saving often, but it would be better if I didn't have to worry about it in the first place xD ..
