1Mbit = 1024 Kbits = 128KBytes (1 Byte = 8 bits)
So, R4's 512KBytes (= 2048Kbits = 2Mbits) saves are more than enough

Has in it been a while? Its more like a week right now. I remember on the Japanese version it took 3 weeks for a working patch to come. And this one doesn't have the same AP thing so most likely, it won't be cracked. Im soo pessimistic since all my friends are playing and im not so I just gave up hope
