My Hard Drive is not accessible... Meaning i must download teh roms all over again. As well as my fucking programs.

if using windows 7 right click on harddrive - properties - security - edit - add ur login name if not their - allow full control - this should fix your problem

if that dont work then right click on harddrive - properties - security - advanced - click on ur comp name/login name - change permissions - edit -

full control - tick apply these permissions to objects or containers within this container only - (this should fix inaccesble harddrive error)

This is how I made it work when I had problems.
You have xdelta and xdelta gui right?
Drag the patch over xdelta THEN use xdelta GUI to patch.
