ROM Hack Pokémon Silver Yellow

When I find Suicune in Vermillion City and when I go face the 3 consecutive trainers on route 34, the game crashes. It's version 17, rather than 18. Is it fixed in the latest version?

You have to upload the sav file. It depends on your emulator, so not a short answer

Hey guys I'm trying to download on my android using drastic an im stuck in the bedroom.i'm using drastic but when I use zarchiver I don't see a drastic folder anywhere to put anything.

What emulator is best for Android devices. Drastic is not working for me properly.

hello Brother, you are giving me the delta file, that is of no use to me, where is the NDS game? and what do I do with that delta file?

patch the delta file with a soul silver rom using the xdelta patcher, if you are on mobile then wait for a updated to 2.0 as their is no way to play on mobile currently without the .sav.

also even when the .sav is inserted it won't work currently i would know I've tried on every emulator i could find in the google play store.

like i said prior is no way to progress currently without the sav inserted into your android's root systems, and even when it is it won't work and you will still be locked inside golds room.

the best course of action if you do not feel like waiting a few months, is a wtw [walkthough walls] hack/cheat but BE WARNED, you will not be able to save and it make cause unexpected glitches.

I've got the 1.18 version of the patch, and after dropping in the sav file I'm still getting a data abort error on the initial save. Using Twilight Menu with nds-bootstrap 1.4.3

Edit: Also tried this on No$gba after converting save, emulator crashes on loading the save.

EDIT: Found out I can play the game normally without pre-saved file. But using the .sav causes black screen. Not sure why

Hi, how can u play the game without pre-saved file? Trying to do this on my 3ds but not working. The save cause the game to crash and without save the npc block me.

Hi, i'm running the latest TWiLightMenu on 3ds but the game crashes with red screen error when trying to load the .sav file. Without starts with no problem but i'm blocked in the room.

Just want to say it's amazing that you're continuing your support and improvement of this ROM hack. I haven't tried it yet but I really want to because it looks like a lot of fun :D
 
Just saw this thread and I must say it looks amazing. As soon as the 2.0 patch is out, I'm giving it a try! 🙌

Also don't forget to rename the .dsv to the game id that Delta gives the game

I also would like to thank DealSkullzJr for helping me with the rom image and kernel compatibility.

At least, I will be dropping a Pokémon Locations sheet for better clarification on wild encounters.
