This romhack is wonderful and it's awesome to play as red in both regions. Though I really wanted to know what the locations of all pokemon are because the pokedex seems to be bugged at that aspect. I can't see the encounters file in your attachment, too. And some Johto trainers don't want to battle. But it's amazing work, one of my favorite romhacks.

I tried patching with xdeltaUI and received a pretty long error, I also tried using the online patcher shared above and it tells me "X not implemented: secondary decompressor" when I click Apply Patch. I verified CRC32, MD5 and downloaded thrice the patch... nothing worked

Could anybody help me?

Edit: I wouldn't be sure what the issue is with the online patcher, found out xdeltaUI has problems when the pathname is too long (I presume), moving the patches to a root folder solved the issue, it is working with melonDS just fine! I'll make sure to test it in my 3DS using nds-bootstrap/a forwarder

hi, i have followed the exact steps on the "read me" file (patching the rom) but im still stuck in brtatu's message about the ".sav" file. I have succesfully patched the rom and i see the .sav file but what should i do with it in order to play the game?

Download Pokémon Silver yellow and the sav.file go into the game hold the icon click on manage save files and import save file put the sav.file there.

This game constantly crashes. You cannot do the elite four or travel to certain other locations because it will crash. It’s pretty much unplayable if you want to do the whole game

Hey there. The latest version of the game still freezes when leaving the fan club with the copycat doll and seeing Steven. Any way to avoid that at all or am I screwed out of the magnet pass?

Edit: I found a pre patched rom online that was actually 2.0. Not sure why the link here gave me an old version when I found this game in nov 2024. Problem solved anyways.

Update TWM++ to the latest version; edit silver yellow and its save file to the same name; address the .sav file to the correct folder and it should work!
