Trainer: they all have sinnoh pokemon only some have like crobat, roselia,magikarp and others
wild pokemon: sinnoh

Hmm what makes this hack 'special' if I could compare it to others? And which game will be hacked: Platinum, Diamond or Pearl?

Because changing a few trainer and wild Pokémon would be a bit weak to be honest I think this hack wouldn't be that great. There don't need to be drastic changes but things like Gym Leaders who got stronger and maybe more stuff like that?

May I ask what it is you're editing?

You could've introduced your hack a bit better, a typo on the topic name and leaving people hanging on what you are actually changing is not a good way to start off your hack.
You should release a patch and update the main post with more detailed descriptions, that will make people think better of this hack.
