GCN Pokemon colosseum Bonus Disc W/ qoob pro mod

So I have a new gamecube with Qoob Pro Mod but when trying to get jirachi from the bonus disc. it goes dim and then freezes. please help?

GC model and region
Qoob firmware version
is the bonus disc original or backup and region [USA, JPN, EUR]

Are you using genuine English GBA games for the transfer? I've never heard about it, but I guess might be possible bootlegs cause an error.
