ROM Hack PLZ help pokemon platinum save fil

I really want to play through platinum with all 3 starters. I have an r4 so i used pokesav but i just cant get it to work at all. everytime i load up the game with my edited save it restarts the whole game. So can someone please just make a save file that has all three starters but no badges or anything and start it at jubilife city or something PLZ lol.

you could use my ultimate pkmn platinum starter save.

has all the pkmn in the boxes in descending order. all level 10 i believe. and its basically at the beginning
