Please let me remove the download panel from the front page

I'm very picky about how I want GBAtemp to look like, and with the new download panel, it's really making things look odd. That's fine, I can always change it and remove it on the customize page...or not. Every time I drag it into the disable box, it just...won't?

we're enforcing it for the time being because we want to raise awareness.
disabling it will be allowed in the next few weeks when things start to sink in

if that's the case just temporarily move it to the bottom of your site, I reckon you don't get there often before you click on a thread that's interesting

News does the same thing (I have notifications enabled for new threads in news forums so I don't need it on the home too), I just shove them at the bottom and forget about them.

This is why I make shitty tampermonkey scripts, to make sites a tiny bit more friendly towards how I want it to be if it can't be done (yet) through settings

Yep I'm totally with Chary on this matter. the sooner we can remove the download panel the better in my view

Heck there's a downloads tab right on top, we don't need it twice

While we’re at it, it seems that on mobile you can’t move the layout blocks at all, so you’re forced to do it on PC if you want to change the layout.
