i updated my dsi xl to 1.4.5e so now could i play roms free with any way flash cards or exploit ????

Depends on the flashcard which you have. Newer ones should work. Only really old ones do not work. Also make sure to update flashcard

r4i v1.45 should work with the latest dsi version.

Well that R4i model is slightly aged but it will still work on your DSi v1.4.5.
