Hey i dont have acess to the web in my home but i can bring my wii u to my parents to install everything to need for homebrew. But my main answer is can i play wud games without acess to the web when i installed usb loader before?

Which tutorial shouöd i use for the easiest way to play wud games formats?

I would also install the HBL and WUP installer GX2 channels. That way you can easily install titles without having to go to the web.

In other words, go to your parents, leave your Wii U at home, download a bunch of titles, stick them on a flash drive, go home and move them to SD and then launch WUP installer GX2

Plus your kinda wrong. Both those channels will work in any CFW including HaxChi and Mocha

I said use WUP installer GX2. That is "Brazilian method" (I hate that term). Whatever offline method the OP uses he will be using the BM to install it with WUP Installer to internal or USB.
