Playing Wii/Gamecube games through vWii on my Wii U makes it shut down inevitably after a couple of minutes

After a lot of troubleshooting I'm sure the problem is when I choose "yes" when the console asks me if I want to use the gamepad; I need to press yes to be able to play the Gamecube game at all obviously. Choosing "no" doesn't make the console turn off. The problem is not the HDD, anything installed on it nor on the SD card. I'm sure of that.

Whats very weird is that a couple of years back I had succesfully installed and played Resident Evil for the gamecube on my Wii U via an inject and I don't remember having this issue at all. I don't really know what has changed. Perhaps having installed Tiramisu instead of Haxchi is the problem?

TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector or UWUVCI AIO
if you used one of these two, try another one to see for the difference.

Or if a simple nintendont forwarder/ vWii nintendont works without shutting down, the injection is the culprit for sure.

So just play without the gamepad, u can buy a classic controller to play GC games confortably.
