Hardware Planning to build a PC, need your advice

So I went to a place and the guys there gave me these builds, what do you think? What would you add or change? Help me out the most you can I'm a complete noob

1st build:
Power source: 600 WTS 80plus
Motherboard: Sniper B7
Hard drive: 1TB
SSD: 120gb
16gb RAM ddr4
DVD burner
Memory reader
Keyboard and mouse: Acteck gamer
GPU: 750 ti 2gb DDR5
Monitor: 24" Samsung
And in total, with a core i5 2.7 Is $1047
With core i7 3.4 Is $1182

Another build I was offered was:
Power source: 600 w EVA
Motherboard: ESC 137 32gb
HD: 1 TB
Ram: 16gb ddr4
DVD burner
24" monitor
Logitech keyboard and mouse
GPU: 750 ti 4gb
With i5 CPU it's $891
With i7 core is $1026

That's it, please help me out the most you can, I'm a complete noob and need all the help I can get

I recommend the 2cd build with the i7.

Unless you absolutely need a DVD drive, skimp out on that and save the money. If you can also get away with using an old keyboard mouse and monitor, do that, as you can budget more for the GPU. A 750 Ti is alright, but with the saved money from the above listed items, you could get a GPU that's a lot more powerful.

Along these lines, even if you don't want to put more budget towards the GPU, you can now get a 1050ti for a similar price but measurably better performance

I have the 750 ti, game like gta v runs well on full hd medium settings,(1/2 options high) at 55/60 fps.
I agree with @TotalInsanity4 you could try to get 1050 ti, because 750 ti is not old but outdated imo.

Do you have any good details on the i5 cpu? Saying 2.7Ghz its most likely the i5 6400, because ram is ddr4. Not a bad cpu, you could try to get i5 6500 slightly better.
The i7 you said is 6700 i guess, its useless for gaming just to let you know. If you want this pc only for gaming, forget i7.

With this said, I think you should see if you can get better cpu and gpu. My suggestion if you can get i5 6500 and nvidia 1050 ti

What about buying these components on amazon.com and mount the PC by yourself? It's not so hard as you can think and there are TONS of tutorials on youtube about assembling a pc and do a nice cable management.
Here you a good build that you can have for about $ 750 (monitor and keyboard/mouse excluded).

I'd try to get a GPU with at least 3GB of VRAM and 4GB VRAM being optimal. 2GB VRAM won't be enough in the near future. As for CPU I will recommend getting an i5. Pretty much the sweet spot for gaming. Your GPU will probably bottleneck the CPU but it's worse if it's the other way around. Don't get an i7 for gaming, it's a waste of money and i7 desktop processors are basically for enthusiast or high power computing. You won't benefit from an i7. I will also recommend investing in a 80+ gold grade power supply. Not saying you need it but having a guaranteed longevity and protection is nice since they last a long time.

Well I want to play the newer games like bf1 and overwatch, and I want to have a good enough PC so it will be able to run new games that come out without a problem
