so what do u suggest for me to finish pokémon x ?
without getting my pokémons back from sun :/

thanks in advance :)

Maybe too much work but what I've been doing is, thanks to RNG, I bred a shiny team for a Y playthrough, the trick being that their ESVs had to match the TSV of the newly made trainer, which took a while. I didn't want to overlevel these mons and face that obedience shit, so it had to be bred by ESV matching that TSV. It's pretty cool, and as an added bonus, I'm keeping them unevolved until Bagon goes level 50, because I'll need a flier, and it can't be Salemence until level 50. So for that, the Salemence will end up being level 51. My own way of adding a challenge to otherwise easy games.

This is awesome and I still love it. Silly question how do I update to the latest build? I have an older version from months back...do I need to delete and install from scratch?

Also if I want to transfer my pokemon from ORAS ( whom I brought from older games) to Sun & Moon can I do that with this? Is there a legit check to tell me if something is wrong with their description or moves etc..??

Many thanks

Trying to compile from source and I have ran into some errors. Not a major problem as I have just started searching. What I wanted to ask is why do we need sf2dlib where the developer mentions "This library is deprecated and reported bugs won't be fixed. Please consider using citro3d directly instead." and not only citro3d?

Edit: Compiled latest build for anyone that wants it. I haven't tested yet so if you want to test it, back up your save using JKSM or whatever you use. The build can be found here: https://www.sendspace.com/file/s0ny8s Enjoy. (MinGW-w64 really does wonders xD)

@EventAssistant I get arm11 crahes using nightly PKSM and nightly Luma3DS. GBATemp won't let upload the .dmp so I uploaded it here https://www.sendspace.com/file/sftw4t

Stable build works fine though.

I managed to compile it. I don't know what I was doing wrong. Maybe the pre-compiled stuff I found for portlibs - I now managed to compile everything that PKSM needed myself and works to perfection.

Build here(tested in SUN, working as expected): https://www.sendspace.com/file/vndt0m
Enjoy!

Sorry if my question was already answered, I couldn't find any answer so I'm gonna ask.
Is it possible to edit Pokemon from downloaded games, so if I don't have the cartridge?

yes with pkhex. jksm>export save>pkhex edit them>import back to jksm. profit

It should be with PKSM, because pkhex doesn't work for me. pkhex can be launched only from the homebrew channel, and from there I can't access to my games.

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm

i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds

It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
