Ok quick update, left it pulsing blue for around 3 mins... then it went white and went a second time for 3 minutes, left it pulsing blue, then it went red and switched off.

Never booted to OFW both times.

That might help?
If you can get what cables need to be longer I can try that.

Looking at the video, if it's the blue cable that's used to make it longer then it looks like it's the CMD line.

Oh yea mine is a B2 like yours. I chopped the usb on mine though.... sooooo rip

I plan on hooking up the D+/- to the usb-c (on switch) and see if/when like the trinket, allow you to boot into it to reflash if need be

You get the ONE working? I have a bunch of ONES and ZEROS.. so it doesn't matter to me, just hate desoldering/soldering USB-C Connectors

You will have red led and no glitch or e no boot from time to time

it the same thing as a the original, a friend of mine tried and it works fine

I believe you need power mosfet, but if you change mosfet you need to figure out the resistor needed.

gonna install picofly

PRE-install:
-reformat 256gb card to Fat32
-put HATS pack by sthetix on clean formatted FAT32 sd card (PC +card reader)
-flash pico with 2.5+ unlock.uf (the 4mb size one) by Vittorio
-desolder buttons and USB C in pico
-flex cable solder ONLY THE 2 MIDDLE or 3RD AND FOURTH pins

INSTALLATION: (since no proper video of picofly)-gonna follow stehthix MOD kit installation while refering to the picture and modsvilleusa picofly video

POST-install:
-if all goes properly, i should immediately boot to hekate and access atmosphere right?

Pretty much. Only thing I personally don't like are the premade "packs" with everything ready. Idk if I'm just a purist but I liked having hekate and atmosphere straight from github with nothing else crammed in there.

I'd also advise doing a sysnand backup the second you boot into hekate for the cleanest possible backup.

I think he's asking if 2.6 will fix the Device ID mismatch issue allowing for any rp2040 (in theory) to work

oh okay thank you thank you. for safety im gonna follow sthethix HATS pack but once more picofly installation videos. ill probably change to a NON premade pack. Thank you for the reply sir much appreciated

Regardless if you use a premade pack or not, safe to use hats if you know what is going on.

Just out of curiosity, could you also connect the mosfet at another location like somewhere around the MAX77620?
