I think it flash the picofly chip and change the bootloader
If u say this sdcard is fake
Then why it can boot normally on hwfly chip ?

This is sdloader of hwfly

Yes but on pico chip
Still the result is remain same
Just try this. Do a low level format on sd card or just do the wipe option on any professional partition management program. Then proceed as you always do. If after the wipe, the sd card does not behave properly just discard it.
It has heappened to me before.

Like i said, its not about the picofly.
Picofly do not touch any line on the microsd. Its something else.

My guess is your nintendo switch lite are problematic.
It could be that the 3.3V line that goes to the usd reader are problematic.
Or the usd reader slots are problematic.
Or some power ic, or some power regulator problematic.
Theres too much possibility to list on.
Its not worth time to track it.

One thing for sure, less probability that picofly have anything to do with the usd reader.
Picofly doesn't touch anything about usd reader.
The picofly only working on the emmc and cpu.

Its like saying, why this airplane problematic, maybe because of the paint color.
Which is almost impossible paint color have anything todo to the airplane work mechanism.
Theres lot of other thing that more probable, such as the cpu, the sensor, the weather, etc.

and why with the same switch lite + picofly but different SD card lets say my sandisk its working fine ?
weird right ?
XD
so its not the switch i think

i had 1 case(customer device) like you but it caused by my faulty v5 hwfly. after the chip burned the emmc(while trainning it got very hot) i had to replace it with rp2040 clone and the samsung 128gb in this never got innit on that particular device again but it worked with other device. in the end i had to use another samsung sd card for it, i'm still not knowing why still this day.

Every microsd have an ic inside it. And every of them have different datasheet.
With a slightly change, lets say voltage which is outside of the tolerated one, and the ic might failed to work. Lets say its supposed to be 3.3V but it supplied with 2.5V, will it still working?

And how about the mechanical nature of the microsd. What if the lexars conductor are 1mm shift of, such that the contact is failed.

Theres too much scenario that might be the reason of.

For what i know on how picofly works, Picofly doesn't touch microsd at all. How could it be the probable cause? What picofly doing, is sniffing the emmc, then 'diminish' power supplied to the cpu at a certain time and interval, such a way that the flow of code that the cpu run is shifted avoid the boot security and run the code in the emmc at certain address. And this address is the place that sdloader are uploaded by the picofly to the emmc. And the sdloader will mount the microsd and run the code inside it. Then you have hekate, and the parties goes on.

What firm flashed on RP2040? As far as I know, you must see the raspberry icon when starting without SD card.
