I think its Cyan, means the mosfets problem.

No solid blue then off. No button press just battery plugged in then instant blue.

Same if you unsolder cpu pin from rp2040. No change

Do not unplug the CPU wire from the RP2040 if you don't have soldered a pulldown resistor between Gate and Source.

If you want to disable the MOSFETS; desolder the Source or Drain wire.

The paste is OK.
As abal1000x explaind it quite well, you can get a short beep in the begining when you tough the probe.
Is it a short beep or long? If you keep the multimeter on does it continue beeping?

Yes it keep beeping some capacitor yes some capacitor no... In same side that i add ready pic here.

Those are correct, but you can also order these (they are new) which will probably fit better and there is no need to remove buttons and usb port.

Ok, if those are beeping continuously then they are damaged.
Remove all of them and see if Switch boots.
Those are 0201 1uF 6.3V capacitors
You can order them here (or some other seller) https://a.aliexpress.com/_mrGPtcM and replace them.

Yes 1uf.
You can remove them with iron (it's easy) but to solder the new ones it is better with hot air. Use some lead solder paste (like this one: https://a.aliexpress.com/_mOlGk6U)
and hot iron around 300°
