im stil waiting for the components , im from cuba so the stuff wil get here on july , china - usa - cuba , you know life jaajaj . im just studing and reserching everything
Yeah, i know that feeling bro (being from a so called 3rd world country).
I went through the similar situation, I had to wait for rp2040 for more than a month but luckily i found the other components locally.
So, during that month I basically read the whole thread twice and believe me all the information for 99% of all possible scenarios is already covered here.
But to save you the trouble of searching see the attached pics regarding your question.

Finally sat down and finished this :)

Worked first try thanks to amazing guides created here. I'm using dual MOSFETs. Looking forward to getting my hands on an OLED and doing it on that.

For those who already have it installed, do you need to update fw2.67?
Yes! Because it fixes issues reported in Boot0 among other problems caused in 2.65. Upgrading to v2.67 is utmost recommended !!!

It's still not working. Tried 2.66, 2.67 but no lock. Updated to 2.67 via toolbox, removed sd card.

Restarted to the "no sd card" screen, presses Vol+- to boot OFW but it blackscreens.

I also get slow emmc errors when backing up emmc. Maybe thats the problem?

Any other ideas?
Slow emmc error means bad install. Your cables might be bad installed AND/OR shorting. Check all cables. Installs. Shorts. Ive seen this happen previously and he had short to backplate (ground). Check ur installs via microscope. I do all my picofly installs via microscope and had no issues so far. Allows me to see everything

Can anyone tell me what this is, I left the device turned off for a week, I went to turn it on today, the chip pulses white then blue and finally cyan and it seems to start Ofw but it just stays on this screen and restarting

Hii how can i remove solder from this to fricking caps ?
I had the same problem on same 3v3 point.
If you have a good iron, you can try and clean the iron, add some flux to the caps and then go over (between) them a couple of times in hope that the iron will pick up the excess solder.
Otherwise (what i did) add some more lead based solder to the same point first and then use a 1mm braid/wick wire with flux from the side and it should suck up the solder.
Be careful, don't use too much force or too much heat for extended period or you will damage the cap.
The main thing here is not to get carried away by frustration :D
