Hello! Currently having this issue:

Pkg1 decryption failed!
BEK is missing!
Failed to launch HOS!
Is this an issue with the chip installation or sd files? How do I fix it?

I used the "2.5 + unlock new.uf2" file. I just dropped it in and installed it.
Should I solder the usb again and reboot it?

its defenitly a unlock issue had the same problem

see what it says its gonna give u a good idea what the issue is

if u dont have one i would suggest u get this one

Thanks. Found it. Will order now. Assuming that it does get power. Can we shift our attention to the NAND? Since all the work was done on it. Any idea what could happen to a NAND that would prevent it from booting? I reflowed it but no luck.

flash 2.5_nw unplug raspi and then unlock

if that works flash 2.61

some people had some issues with just flashing 2.61

Thanks. Found it. Will order now. Assuming that it does get power. Can we shift our attention to the NAND? Since all the work was done on it. Any idea what could happen to a NAND that would prevent it from booting? I reflowed it but no luck.

why would u reflow it ?

thats the last thing u want to touch.

Push boot button plug rp in
Flash 2.5nw
Redo above and flash unlock

After each flash u should get a red led light if its green u need to set rgb mode

Should the 2.5nw file stay inside after plugging the usb for the first time? I added the 2.5nw and then did as you said but there were only the index and info files. Is it also normal behavior?

Yes, that is normal behavior, after you flash it the window will disappear and you will never see the file there.

i already follow the guide (rentry) for hekate, atmosphere, exosphere, emunand, dbi, backup boot0, boot1, and nand. already read about avoiding banned. already try one tixxe and run.
Are there anything that i need to know more?
Are there something like cheat engine in switch?
