Hacking PC to PSVita Moonlight & PSVita Stream to PC option

Hello, I've been trying for a while now to get this to work on my PSVita (2K model) and it will not connect. I followed all the tutorials I could find and videos on YT. One thing I think could be a factor, I dropped my PSVita once while playing. (my dog jumped on me and I dropped the console). Not sure if that caused any issues... but thought I would mention it. There is also an app I saw that allows you to stream the Vita screen to the PC via the USB cable. I can't get that to detect my vita at all.

Any help you could provided would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Just to make sure your Vita can still streaming, set the stream plugin and connect with usb to pc, use the program here, it auto detect and display any stream from your vita.
