Yes, I tested it. You just have to follow the FIRMLAUNCH tutorial.

Old 3DS : 9.6 FIRM (latest version of FIRM).
New 3DS : 9.5 FIRM (we can't go higher).

Ah, there's a thing I forgot to tell you. There's theme support! Just edit the images included in the source code, convert them to .bin using the makebgr.bat file (drag and drop on it, needs imagemagick) and then put the properly named images in the UI folder inside sd/3ds/PastaCFW/. Feel free to share themes here!

Noticed a few issues with the UI in the latest release.

One shows up as pink, the source image is green and some seem to be getting cut off at the top and bottom.
