Hacking Paper Mario (Europe) N64 Wii VC - unable to extract ROM (wrong file size)

I have a problem extracting Nintendo 64 VC (Europe) playable ROM - extracted romc file impossible to uncompress using standard Plombo's romc.py script from his vcromclaim project or even using forked (enhanced) version of this utility by JanErikGunnar (Ogre Battle 64 bug fixed). I'm experienced well in extraction all other Wii VC ROMs of Nintendo 64 (in all three USA, Europe and Japan), but the problem is exist only with this game.

romc size is 30 972 840 bytes, extracted one is 50 331 648 which is obviously not enough, the file is not completely extracted. The estimated correct file size is 67 108 864 bytes. But how to get this result?

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? How did you solve it?

I think the wad has a bas dump. Try to find a new one.

Test using Jurai's romc decompressor tool.
I extracted Paper Mario (USA version) from VC WAD and it worked in Project64.
