Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Pac-Man Museum+, confirming its May 27 release date and that it will be coming to Xbox Game Pass on day one. In Pac-Man Museum+, players play as Pac-Man in a virtual arcade, filled with fourteen Pac-Man games from the last forty years. Playing the games will reward players with coins that can be used to purchase decorations, music, or backgrounds to customize the appearance of their virtual arcade. The trailer also references that coins can be used to win arcade machines, indicating that some of the games may possibly need to be unlocked. As of now, there is no information on pricing; however, Bandai Namco released a similar product on the Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2014, simply called Pac-Man Museum, which included nine games and cost $19.99 at launch. That title is currently delisted from all platforms.

DX yeah I don't get that, but Arrangement is awesome and I'm glad it's getting a Switch port, same with most of the other games in here. I've sunk too many hours into the NES port of Championship Edition.

arcade racing games appear to be dying

TBF, Forza Horizon 5 has 20 million players and that's as arcadey as it gets
I hope that game and its success gets other devs to try making arcade racers of their own, NFS hasn't been good since 2007

All Bandai Namco seems to be doing anymore is re-re-re-REreleasing their arcade games. I mean, Pac-Man is a great game, but come on! You'd think they'd be able to come up with more new Pac-Man adventures by now!
