Ok! First: We are new here, but we know lots 'bout Video games, translation and stuff.

Anyway: We've been translating the game.
Following things:
Cards names and description 100%
Map names 100%
All game menus 80%
And some additional files, we don't remeber lol, there are 917 files.

MegaMan Starforce 3 into english plz? i have no hexadecimal experience and i do not know how to hex edit anyway....

hexidemicals are values in bits sort of a code you say who explains a text
take a example of Diablo 2 there is a very specific Hexidemical to make the attributes working
its just basic knowledge thats all =/ a bit of experienced numbers. sorta math but then on a code
use google for more answers

well, i just read on the forum that it does
so i dont think an english translation is necessary, unless its something simple like menus so we can navigate or something

every game site i visit says the release date is TBA

maybe get a source that confirms this?

that means its gonna come out, they just dont know when
so without a set date, a full out translation still isnt needed
because the translators have other full japanese games to translate
and probably shouldnt waste their time on a game thats gonna be localized anyway
(but maybe a menu/item/weapons translation would be enough)

Although it's not been announced I imagine that Custom Battler Bomberman will probably be localised - there's a good thread on gamefaqs with the menus and items all translated which should be useful till then (or handy if anyone wants to make a translation hack)

It's pretty easy to play with no japanese knowlegde anyway, but I guess that's the translators paradox - the games that most need translating in order to play them properly are a monster undertaking to translate while the games you can usually play with no japanese knowledge anyway are the easiest.
